Silent Auction Donation Form

Thank you for your generous donation! 

All donations are tax deductible and all proceeds from the fundraiser go directly The Friends of President Polk's Birthplace Inc., a 501c3 organization. The Friends Group helps to fund public programming, special events and guest speakers. 

To donate to the Silent Auction simply fill out the Silent Auction Donation Form. You may also fill out the form when you drop off your item. 

 All silent auction donations must be delivered to the site no later than 12pm October 16.

Donors will receive a receipt of donation letter for tax purposes.
